Shipping & Return Policy

■Delivery Time
Normally, we will ship within 10 business days after payment completion. However, for holiday periods such as New Year's and Golden Week, we will begin shipping consecutively on the next business day.
※Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped "as soon as they arrive." Please note that during peak warehouse times, we may not be able to ship within 3-5 business days.

■Domestic Shipping
Shipping is free nationwide.

■About Specifying Delivery Date and Time
We apologize, but specifying delivery dates and times is not possible. Items will be delivered in the order they are prepared.

■If the Delivery Address is Unattended
If the delivery address is unattended, the carrier will leave an absence note and will arrange delivery upon receiving contact from the recipient. If the recipient remains unattended for 7 days after the absence note is issued, the product will be returned to the sender. If a product is returned due to non-delivery, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery shipping cost. We ask for your cooperation in receiving your orders promptly.

■Returns
As all our products are deadstock items, we can offer significant discounts. Therefore, returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted.

※We pay close attention to product quality, but there may be minor scratches or snags. Please understand this when purchasing. If there is no problem in using the product, it will not be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
※Due to the nature of viewing on computers and mobile devices, product images may slightly differ from actual colors. We do not consider discrepancies in coloration as our fault.
※We cannot accept returns that are not made in the manner specified by our company.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this service and these terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Cambodia. All disputes, lawsuits, claims, or proceedings arising out of this contract shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Cambodia.
